Autumn is on the horizon and the dark nights are making ready their return. Don't despair however, as More Song is back on October 1st.
We'll be joined by the wonderful Stephen Emmerson, Ágnes Lehóczky, andAbhijeet Singh, for an evening promising bold linguistic flights, tender propulsions, and expansive hybrid writing. The elastic work these three poets will be sharing stretches and shifts our expectations and assumptions, and we'd love for you to join us.
The open mic will run after our guest readers, email tombranfoot@gmail.com if you'd like a 5-minute slot as it tends to book up quickly.
As usual, we'll be at the 1 in 12 Club library in Bradford city centre. The readings are from 7-9pm, and we're thrilled that Abhijeet will be leading a workshop in the same location from 2-4pm.
Tickets for the workshop are £7, including entry to the evening's readings, and for the readings alone £3/PWYC.
